Ilfracombe

Visiting as part of Sea Ilfracombe, Nowhereisland passed the beaches and dramatic landscape of North Devon to moor off Lantern Hill on Saturday 1st September.

Saturday 1st September: Welcome the Nation

Nowhereisland was welcomed to Ilfracombe as part of Sea Ilfracombe, a celebratory weekend festival involving food, music and art events. The day began with a Welcome March to the Embassy including Leo Cooper, Olympic torch bearer.
