Established in 2002, the programme combines the commissioning of ground-breaking and remarkable artworks outside conventional art contexts with writing, publishing and research. We are guided by a passionate belief in the potential for art in the public realm to create unforgettable and inspiring experiences, to be at the beginning of a conversation which changes the way we think about and interact with the world around us.
